The remedies provided for in this chapter are not exclusive. The SGRWRF may take any, all, or any combination of these actions, against a noncompliant User, simultaneously or otherwise. Enforcement of pretreatment violations generally will be in accordance with the SGRWRF’s enforcement response plan. However, SGRWRF may take other action against a User when the circumstances warrant. Further, SGRWRF is empowered to take more than one enforcement action against a noncompliant User.
