When requested by the Pretreatment Coordinator, a User must submit information on the nature and characteristics of its wastewater within thirty (30) days of the request. The Pretreatment Coordinator is authorized to prepare a form for this purpose, and periodically may require Users to update this information. If the User changes or adds a process, the User automatically is required to update the information provided to the Pretreatment Coordinator thirty (30) days prior to the process being changed or added.
