7-5-2-3: STATE PRETREATMENT STANDARDS:
State of Utah Pretreatment standards, established by the Utah Administrative Code R317-8-8, are hereby incorporated. Any User subject to a state pretreatment standard is required to comply with the applicable standard. (Ord. 2018-27, 11-14-2018)
