3-2-8: MOTELS AND HOTELS:

All motel or hotel establishments seeking licensure within the City shall comply with all State, zoning, building, and health department requirements and apply through the licensure procedure in section 3-1-3E of this Title. (Ord. 2022-64, 12-14-2022)
