§ 52B.022 EXEMPTED DISCHARGES AND CONNECTIONS.
   Notwithstanding other requirements in this chapter, the following categories of non-stormwater discharges or flows are exempted from the requirements of this subchapter:
   (A)   Water line and hydrant flushing for maintenance;
   (B)   Irrigation water;
   (C)   Footing, foundation, and crawl space drains, sump pump seepage and groundwater (uncontaminated);
   (D)   Excess storm sewer cleaning water not collected by a vacuum truck (uncontaminated);
   (E)   Fire suppression activities;
   (F)   Uncontaminated pumped groundwater;
   (G)   Springs;
   (H)   Residential car washing;
   (I)   Non-commercial car washing by community organizations;
   (J)   Residential house washing;
   (K)   External building wash down, without detergents;
   (L)   Dechlorinated/dibrominated residential swimming pool discharges;
   (M)   Uncontaminated groundwater infiltration (as defined at 40 CFS 35.2005(20));
   (N)   Pavement wash waters provided spills or leaks of toxic or hazardous materials have not occurred (unless all spill material has been removed) and where detergents are not used;
   (O)   Uncontaminated condensate from air condition units, coolers, and other compressors, and from outside storage of refrigerated gases or liquids;
   (P)   Street wash water;
   (Q)   Naturally introduced detritus (e.g., leaves and twigs).
