(A) At street and alley intersections, property line corners shall be rounded by an arc, the minimum radius of which shall be 20 feet and 10 feet, respectively. In business districts, a chord may be substituted for this arc.
(B) Street curb intersections shall be rounded by a radius of at least 20 feet for local streets and 25 feet for collector and arterial streets.
(C) The above minimum radius shall be increased when the smallest angle of the intersection is less than 90 degrees.
(D) Intersections of more than 2 streets at 1 point shall be avoided.
(E) Street jogs with centerline offsets of less than 150 feet shall not be permitted.
(F) All streets shall intersect at 90 degrees whenever possible for a minimum distance of 100 feet from the intersection. However, in no instance shall streets intersect at less than 80 degrees onto arterial or collector streets, or less than 50 degrees onto local streets.
(G) The following divisions shall be required as a provision of the restrictive covenants of all final plats to which they apply.
(1) No fence, wall, hedge, tree, sign or shrub planting which obstructs sight lines and elevations between 2.5 and 8 feet above the street shall be placed or permitted to remain on any corner lot within the triangular area formed by the street right-of-way lines and a line connecting points 40 feet from the intersection of the street lines (75 feet for collector and arterial streets), or in the case of a rounded property corner, from the intersection of the street right-of-way lines extended.
(2) The same sight line limitations shall apply to any lot within 10 feet of the intersection of a street right-of-way line with the edge of the driveway pavement or alley line.
