§ 154.057 MINIMUM PAVEMENT WIDTHS.
   (A)   Minimum pavement widths, face to face of curb, required to be installed at the subdivider's expense, shall be as follows:
      (1)   Principal arterial streets.
         (a)   Four lanes at 12 feet each; and
         (b)   Forty-eight feet curb to curb.
      (2)   Minor arterial streets.
         (a)   Two to 4 lanes at 12 feet each, plus;
         (b)   Two parking lanes at 10 feet each; and
         (c)   Forty-four to 48 feet curb to curb.
      (3)   Major collector streets.
         (a)   Two lanes at 12 feet each, plus;
         (b)   Two parking lanes at 8 feet each; and
         (c)   Forty feet curb to curb.
      (4)   Minor collector streets.
         (a)   Two lanes at 11 feet each, plus;
         (b)   Two parking lanes 8 feet each; and
         (c)   Thirty-eight feet curb to curb.
      (5)   Local streets and cul-de-sac streets.
         (a)   Two lanes at 10 feet each, plus;
         (b)   One parking lane at 8 feet; and
         (c)   Twenty-eight feet curb to curb.
   (B)   The pavement of a turning circle at the end of a cul-de-sac street shall have a minimum outside diameter of 80 feet.
