§ 154.033 RECORD DRAWINGS.
   After the completion of the construction of the improvements, a set of prints showing the as-built details and changes, if any, shall be filed with the City of Washington Plan Commission, County Surveyor, and the City Engineer. These drawings shall be signed, dated and certified by the project engineer, surveyor, and developer.
