Amendments to this chapter may be initiated by the Commission or the Council may direct the Commission to prepare an amendment in accordance with the procedures set out in §§ 37 through 42, inclusive, Chapter 174, Acts of 1947, and all acts amendatory thereto, General Assembly, State of Indiana.
