§ 151.32 POWERS AND DUTIES OF COMMISSION.
   (A)   The City Plan Commission for the city shall have the powers and perform the duties as provided in I.C. 36 and all acts amendatory and supplemental thereto.

   (B)   The Washington Plan Commission shall no longer hear or review requests for special exceptions, special uses, contingent uses, conditional uses, or variances.
