§ 151.26 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   Special meetings of the Commission may be called by the President or by 2 members upon written request to the secretary. The secretary shall send to all the members, at least 2 days in advance of a special meeting, a written notice fixing the time and place of the meeting. Written notice of a special meeting shall not be required if the time of the special meeting has been fixed in a regular meeting, or if all the members are present at the special meeting. Publication of any and all meetings shall comply with I.C. 5-3-1 and I.C. 36, as well as the Sunshine Laws of this state.
