§ 114.07 NAME ON SIDE OF TAXICAB.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or driver to operate or cause to be operated any taxicab upon the streets of the city without having the owner's name or firm name printed in bold letters of not less than 3 inches tall on the sides or hood of the taxicab.
