§ 114.02 CERTIFICATE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any taxicab or taxicabs on the public streets of the city without having first received a certificate to operate a taxi service in the city from the City Clerk-Treasurer, which certificate shall be in full force and effect at the time of the taxi service.
