§ 110.03 PRORATION OF FEES.
   In the event application is made for any license required by this code, or any other applicable ordinance of the city, after August 1 of any year, the fees to be charged for any yearly license shall be 1/2 of the amount provided for the license unless otherwise provided in this code.
