§ 98.04 NOTICE OF TRIMMING; FAILURE TO COMPLY.
   Notice of trimming trees or removing dead ones shall be given by the Police Department of the city, and if the owner fails to remove the dead trees or trim healthy ones within a reasonable time after the notice, then the city shall have a right to remove or trim, as the case may be, the trees, and the expense of the action shall be a lien on lots and parcels of ground and will be collected in the same manner as the assessments for street improvements.
