§ 96.27 USER FEES FOR EASTSIDE PARK FACILITIES.
   The Washington Park Board has determined that the following “user fees” would be appropriate when groups or organizations wish to rent facilities as Eastside Park:
Community Building
Fees
Non-profit organization
$200 plus $200 refundable damage deposit
Family or meeting events
$250 plus $250 refundable damage deposit
Profit making ventures
$350 plus $200 refundable damage deposit
Kiwanis Cabin
Fees
Non-profit organization
$75 plus $200 refundable damage/cleaning deposit
Family or meeting events
$125 plus $200 refundable damage/cleaning deposit
Renter is responsible for clean-up
Pavilion
Fees
Non-profit, family or meeting event
$50 plus $200 refundable damage/cleaning deposit
Renter is responsible for clean-up
