§ 96.22 PICNICS; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No public picnic shall be held in the park without the written permit of the park custodian having control of the management of the park. Private picnics and parties may be held within the limits of the park, providing the parties holding the same shall first obtain the consent of the custodians of the park.
   (B)   No person or persons shall intrude himself or herself upon any picnic without the consent of those in charge, nor disturb any picnic within the park.
   (C)   Persons holding public or private picnics within the limits of the park must clean up the ground that has been occupied by them on quitting it, and remove all paper and litter.

§ 96.23 PLAYING GAMES WITHIN PARK; INTERFERENCE WITH GAMES PROHIBITED.
   No games of any kind shall be played within the limits of the park, except at places designated by the custodian of the park, and no person shall intrude himself or herself upon, or in any manner interfere with any game while the same is in progress.

§ 96.24 ENTERTAINMENT.
   It shall be unlawful to hold, carry on or conduct any entertainment of any sort in the park without the consent of the Common Council or of the Park Committee, except as provided in existing regulations of the government of the park.

§ 96.25 BUILDING WITHIN PARK RESTRICTED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or association to take any lumber or other building materials of any sort into Eastside Park in the city, or to use the same in any manner, or to erect any buildings or other structures, or to move, change or in any manner alter any buildings or other structures now in the park without the consent of the Council.

§ 96.26 FEES FOR USE OF EASTSIDE PARK ENTRANCE SIGN.
   The following fees shall apply for groups or organizations that wish to display a message on the sign at the park entrance:
   (A)   Public events at Eastside park - $25, with the Park Superintendent to have discretion as to how long the message can be displayed on the sign; and
   (B)   Private events at Eastside Park - $35 for one day. Community partners may request a waiver of the fee.
