§ 96.01 UNLAWFUL TO RIDE HORSES, MOTOR VEHICLES IN PUBLIC PARK.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride any horse or other animal, or to operate any motor vehicle, including motorcycles and motorbikes, anywhere in any public park in the city, except on improved roadways of the parks.
   (B)   This provision shall not apply to the necessary operation of motor vehicles by employees or agents of the city engaged in the upkeep and maintenance of the parks, or to peace officers in the necessary performance of their duties, or to the riding of horses at public exhibitions which may be held at the nearby 4-H Club grounds.
