It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to allow his or her property to be in a condition which is prohibited by §§ 95.03 and 95.04. Such person shall be subject to the procedures and penalties provided in this chapter. If appropriate, the city may obtain an injunction or other appropriate court order to prevent another violation.
