§ 93.02 GENERAL AUTHORITY AT FIRES.
   The Chief of the Fire Department or assistant in charge at any fire, may prescribe limits in the vicinity of the fire, within which no person shall be allowed, unless by permission of the Chief or assistant in charge or the police of the city. It shall be the duty of the police to enforce the orders of the Fire Chief or assistant in charge respecting the occupation of the limits during the progress of the fire. Every person who may be present at the fire shall be subject to the orders of the Chief or assistant in charge, or the police.
