§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions set forth in § 10.99 of this Code.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 91.31 through 91.35 shall be subject to a civil penalty in a sum of not more than $2,500 and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which violation occurs or continues. In addition to the afore-referenced civil penalty, any person found in violation of any provision of §§ 91.31 through 91.35 shall surrender the vicious dog to the animal control officer of the city or his or her designee, to be disposed of as he or she may see fit.
