§ 90A.02 EXEMPTIONS.
   This chapter does not apply to the following:
   (A)   A vehicle located on a vehicle sale lot or at a commercial vehicle servicing facility; or
   (B)   A vehicle located upon property licensed or zoned as an automobile scrap yard.
