§ 72.37 PARKING FEES ELIMINATED FOR TRUCKS WHILE LOADING OR UNLOADING.
   The operator of a motor truck while legally loading or unloading within a designated loading zone shall be exempt from the payment of parking meter fees between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., but shall thereafter be subject to the payment thereof.
