§ 72.35 STREET DEPARTMENT TO CREATE LOADING ZONES.
   It shall be the duty of the Street Department of the city to line and mark off the loading zones as designated in the schedule on file in the Clerk’s office, and to post signs indicating the exclusive reservation for the purpose described and the time limits thereon.
