§ 55.03 UPFRONT FEE WAIVER FOR CERTAIN MULTI-UNIT RENTAL DEVELOPMENTS.
   The Common Council of the city hereby adopts the schedule of upfront fee waivers attached to Res. 10-2019 as Attachment A to be effective immediately upon passage of this resolution, and authorizes the Mayor of the City of Washington to make this program available to all developers of projects that meet the qualifications outlined therein.
