(A) Any payment of utility bills owing to Washington Municipal Utilities and paid directly to Washington Municipal Utilities may be made by cash, check, bank draft, money order or credit card.
(B) Washington Municipal Utilities is also authorized to accept payment by credit card or electronic funds transfer by use a third party agency. The third party agency is authorized to collect a fee of 3% for all credit card payments directly to Washington Municipal Utilities; 3.95% for all internet transactions; and 4.95% for all operated assisted transactions, said fee to be paid by the user and not Washington Municipal Utilities.
