§ 52.039A BUILDING SEWER CLEAN-OUT REQUIRED.
   All new building sewer construction shall have a clean-out installed. All replacement building sewers shall have a clean-out installed. Clean-outs shall be installed on the outside of the building or house off of the city right-of-way.
