§ 50.26 OFF-PEAK POWER RATE.
   On and after January 22, 2007, the monthly off-peak electric rates of the customers designated herein shall be adjusted as follows:
   (A)   Availability. For customers taking service under Rate GS (General Service) or LP (Large Power) that have a special meter to record customer’s use each hour, and whose maximum load during the off-peak period does not exceed 2 times its maximum load during an on-peak hour of the previous 11 months.
   (B)   Off-peak periods. For purpose of this section, the off-peak periods shall be:
      (1)   All day Saturday and Sunday.
      (2)   (a)   All day on the following holidays:
            1.   New Year’s Day;
            2.   Memorial Day;
            3.   Fourth of July;
            4.   Labor Day;
            5.   Thanksgiving Day;
            6.   Friday after Thanksgiving; and
            7.   December 24 through December 31.
         (b)   Should the Fourth of July fall on a Saturday, the preceding Friday is considered a holiday. Should the Fourth of July fall on a Sunday, the following Monday is considered a holiday.
      (3)   For all other weekdays:

   (C)   Customer’s billing maximum load. Customer’s peak demand shall be the maximum load during an on-peak hour. Customer’s billing maximum load shall be the sum of the peak demand plus the amount of the highest load during an off-peak period in excess of 2 times the peak demand.
   (D)   Meter charge: $25 per month.
