(A) Availability. Available for single-phase residential services, including residential lighting, residential space heating, household appliances, refrigeration, and cooking appliances, water heating and small motors not exceeding 5 h.p. for the largest motor, without prior approval from the utility.
(B) Character of service. Alternating current, 60 Hertz, single-phase at a voltage of approximately 120/240 volts 3-wire.
(C) Rate. The rate charges (subject to the provisions of Appendices A and B) shall be as follows:
