(A) The Common Council of the City of Washington, Indiana does hereby establish fees as required by I.C. 5-14-3-8 for all elected officials and employees of the City of Washington, Indiana as follows:
(1) Ten cents ($.10) per page for all non-color copies.
(2) Twenty-five cents ($.25) per page for all color copies.
(3) Twenty-five cents ($.25) per page for all facsimile transmissions.
(4) Five dollars ($5.00) for each accident and incident report.
(5) Five dollars ($5.00) for each video tape recording.
(6) Three dollars ($3.00) for each audio tape/CD recording.
(7) Five dollars ($5.00) for each photo CD.
(8) Five dollars ($5.00) for each DVD recording.
(9) Five dollars ($5.00) for certification of documents.
(B) Notwithstanding this section, the City of Washington, Indiana shall collect any certification, copying, facsimile transmission or search fees that are specified by statute or as might be ordered by any court.
(C) The Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to receive the aforesaid fees for the purpose of restocking items used for the purpose of delivering public records request.
