§ 36.09 PAYMENTS BY ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER.
   The City Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to utilize electronic funds transfer methods in any business transactions with vendors which, in the judgment of the Clerk-Treasurer, might best be handled in this fashion.
