§ 35.02 ALLOWING THE CITY TO RECEIVE DISTRIBUTIONS BY ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER.

   (A)   The City of Washington shall receive distributions from the Auditor of the state by electronic funds transfer (EFT). The receipt of distributions by EFT is hereby ordained and approved by the Common Council.

   (B)   The following is a list of the distributions that can be sent EFT.

      (1)   Motor Vehicle Highway: MV;

      (2)   Local Road & Street: RS;

      (3)   Local Road & Street PL260-1997: LO;

      (4)   Motor Vehicle Highway Accelerated #1: M1;

      (5)   Motor Vehicle Highway Accelerated #2: M2;

      (6)   ABC Gallonage: A2;

      (7)   Cigarette Tax - General Fund: CG; and

      (8)   Cigarette Tax - CCIF: CC.
