§ 35.01 ALLOWING THE CITY ENGINEER TO CHARGE A FEE FOR COPYING PLANS.
   (A)   The City Engineer may charge the sum of $3 per plan sheet for copies of plans prepared or maintained by his or her office, and for copies of plans prepared by others and requested by members of the general public.
   (B)   The sums collected shall be retained by the Engineering Department to defray the costs of copying.
