§ 34.42 HIGHWAY 50 CLEARING FUND.
   (A)   The Common Council hereby creates Fund 812, Highway 50 Clearing Fund.
   (B)   The City Clerk-Treasurer is directed to deposit the proceeds of Daviess County's contribution to the Highway 50 project into Fund 812 and to disperse those funds to ONB Wealth Management.
