§ 34.41 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLAT IMPROVEMENTS-PHOSPHOROUS REMOVAL FACILITY FUND.
   (A)   Fund 498 shall be created for the purpose of receiving the CDBG grant from OCRA and to dispers said funds in furtherance of said project.
   (B)   Fund 630 shall be created for the purpose of receiving the proceeds of the sewage works revenue bonds and to disperse said fund in furtherance of said project.
