The Common Council hereby takes the following action:
(A) The creation of Fund 243, Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund.
(B) Amounts appropriated are identified for use as committed funds for the Community Crossing Match Grant program.
(C) The sources of funding for the newly established fund may include Rainy Day Funds (both restricted and unrestricted), LOIT Special Distribution Funds and Matching Grant Funds from the Community Crossing Matching Grant Fund and any other funding sources not specifically prohibited by law.
