The Common Council hereby takes the following action:
(A) The creation of Fund 263, Rainy Day Restricted - Motor Vehicle Highway (MVH) Fund.
(B) Monies from MVH are appropriated from their respective funds for a Transportation Asset Management Plan.
(C) Amounts appropriated are identified and directly committed within the plan (thereby encumbering these funds from one year to the next).
(D) These MVH monies are restricted for use as committed match for grant funds from the Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund.
(E) Any committed unused balance at the end of the grant is to be returned to the originating fund.
