(A) There is hereby created in the city a fund entitled “Municipal Events Fund”.
(B) The purpose of the fund shall be to receive donations from individuals or entities, which donations shall be used by the city for various events such as putting on “Mayor’s Roundtable” and other events of a civic nature.
(C) The Mayor and the Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to receive donations in the form of cash or other property, to convert that other property into cash, and to pay bills and charges as they become due for the above-stated purposes.
