(A) Creation. There is hereby created in the City of Washington a fund entitled Municipal Swimming Pool Donation Fund.
(B) Purpose. The purpose of the Fund shall be to receive donations from individuals or entities, which donations shall be used by the city for improvements to and/or construction of a city pool.
(C) Receipt of donations. The Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to receive donations in the form of cash or other property, to convert that other property into cash, and to pay bills and charges as they become due for the above-stated purposes.
