§ 34.26 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND EDIT FUND.
   (A)   The Capital Improvement Plan of the city as adopted by the Mayor through the adoption of Order No. 1, is hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
   (B)   There is established an EDIT Fund from which funds received from the EDIT tax will be received and then appropriated in accordance with the Capital Improvement Plan and other legal areas of economic development.
