(A) Establishment. The City of Washington establishes a fund called Garbage and Trash Equipment Replacement Fund.
(B) Purpose. The Fund will receive revenues generated by the city from the sale of recycled materials and receive available grant money and revenue from other appropriate sources. The funds received shall be used to enable the Garbage and Trash Department to purchase, maintain, and repair equipment used in recycling efforts.
(C) Duration. The life of the Fund shall be for as long as revenues are generated from the sale of recycled material or as long as grant monies are available or until this section is repealed.
(D) Disposition upon termination. Upon termination of the fund for any of the reasons set forth in division (C) above, the balance, if any, remaining in the Fund shall revert to the General Fund of the City of Washington.
