(A) Establishment. The City of Washington establishes a fund entitled Parks Donation Fund.
(B) Purpose. The purpose of the Fund shall be to receive donations from individuals or entities, which donations shall be used by the city to pay the costs of lights and light poles and metered power costs in connecting with the parking lot at the Sports Complex.
(C) Receipt of donations. The Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to receive donations in the form of cash or other property, to convert that other property into cash, and to pay bills and charges as they become due for the above stated purposes.
