(A) The Washington municipal swimming pool shall be known as Waterworld of Washington.
(B) The prices for admission to the Waterworld of Washington shall be as follows:

No additional charge for use of waterslides. You must be a minimum of 48" tall to use the slides. No refunds in the event of inclement weather. * No refunds on lost or stolen books of day passes; annual pass replacement fee $10. * Organizations with morning and afternoon groups will use two visits. | |
(C) A fee of $10 will be charged for each season pass that is reported lost and/or stolen and has to be replaced.
(D) In addition to the foregoing, prices for the rental of Waterworld of Washington to individuals or entities shall be as follows:
