§ 34.03 MANNER OF PAYMENT FOR CITY SERVICES.
   The city, including but not limited to the City Utility may, pursuant to I.C. 36-1-8-11, receive payments for any purpose by cash, check, bank draft, money order, bank card or credit card, electronic funds transfer, or any other financial instrument authorized by the fiscal body.
