§ 32.01 SUPERVISORY ROLE OF CITY ENGINEER.
   The City Engineer, when directed by the Mayor, may be employed in a supervisory or managerial capacity over any or all of the utilities of the city and/or the Street Department, Park Department and/or sewage disposal plant.
