§ 31.04 PROPOSITIONS DIFFERENT FROM THAT UNDER CONSIDERATION.
   No proposition different to that under consideration shall be permitted under color of amendment, the Chair to decide, but the decision shall be subject to appeal as provided in § 30.38.
