§ 31.03 ORDER OF MOTIONS.

   No motion shall be in order during debate of a question except the following and in the following order of precedence:

   (A)   To adjourn;

   (B)   To lay on table;

   (C)   For previous questions;

   (D)   To postpone to a definite time;

   (E)   To commit to a proper committee;

   (F)   To amend; and

   (G)   To postpone indefinitely.
