§ 30.66 BOARD OF TRUSTEES CREATED FOR FIREMEN’S PENSION FUND.
   (A)   There is established a Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Pension Fund of the city for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the acts of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana.
   (B)   Be it further ordained that the city and the proper officials are authorized and instructed to take necessary steps and actions to administer the fund in accordance with the Acts.
