§ 30.65 BOARD OF TRUSTEES CREATED FOR POLICE PENSION FUND.
   (A)   There is created a Board of Trustees of the Police Pension Fund of the city, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Acts of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana.
   (B)   Be it further ordained that the city and the proper officials thereof are authorized and instructed to take the necessary steps and actions to administer the fund in accordance with the Acts.
