§ 30.33 PRESIDING OFFICER.
   The Mayor, or in his or her absence, the President of the Council, shall be the presiding officer of the Council pursuant to I.C. 36-4-6-8, and meetings shall be conducted pursuant to the applicable statutes (I.C. 36-4-6-10 through 17) and in accordance with the rules set forth in § 30.34.
